I created this service to give business owners the peace of mind they need to focus on what they do best. It provides all of the essential maintenance required to protect your website while allowing you to retain full ownership and access. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Weekly Updates (theme, plugins + WordPress core): I do these every Friday and send you a Weekly Update Report to let you know what I updated and if all went well or there were any issues that needed to be resolved.

Automatic Backups: this is so you never have to worry about losing your website if it’s hacked or your server crashes. I store the backups in a private Google Drive Folder so they’re safe in the cloud and not on a host server or computer. 

Security: I install an advanced security plugin that covers a lot of bases web hosts do not such as: hiding the admin login url, limiting login attempts, blocking bots, preventing file changes without security clearance, tracking user activity and blacklisting IP addresses. I view this every Friday when I do updates and have any suspicious activity sent to my email so I’m notified immediately.

Malware scan & removal is highly recommended but sometimes provided through your host so I do not include this by default. If your host does not offer this service or you prefer to purchase it through me instead, it is available. 

Support: up to 1 hour of support per month should anything go wrong with an update, backup or security breach.

Investment: $150/month + 1x $300 setup fee for the security and backup plugins. 

note: If I design your website, the set up fee is waived since this is included in your design package.
